General FAQs

Is this the same as buying software directly from 4 HELP VR?

4 HELP VR UK is operated by a UK Partner of 4 HELP VR. We handle UK sales, demonstrations, deployment assistance and support, working within a non-exclusive partnership agreement.

What's the difference between software licensing and hardware?

The software licence gives you access to the training applications. VR headset hardware is priced and supplied separately unless specifically included in a package.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing depends on the number of headsets, the number of modules (or a single scenario), and the licence term. See our packages page for current published pricing, or request a quote for your specific requirements.

Can we try before we buy?

A short free demo licence is available on a single headset. Promotional trial offers, where available, are confirmed at the time and are not a standard permanent entitlement.

Does a demo or quote request commit us to anything?

No. A public enquiry never automatically creates a binding software licence. Formal agreements follow our standard quotation and approval process.

What headsets are compatible?

We confirm current compatible headset models directly, as this depends on the current 4 HELP VR platform. See our hardware page for general guidance.

Who do we contact for support?

Our UK team provides support for installation, activation, hardware and licence queries — see our support page.
