How It Works

How VR training works, from demo to deployment

What to expect from your first demonstration through to running regular immersive training sessions.

The training session, step by step

Choose your training

Pick the category and modules relevant to your organisation or course.

Put on the headset

A learner puts on a standalone VR headset and is placed inside the scenario.

Complete the scenario

The learner works through the exercise as it would unfold in the real world, with a trainer nearby.

Review and repeat

The trainer reviews the exercise with the learner, then resets it for the next attempt or the next learner.

From first enquiry to your first session

1. Demo or discovery

We show you the training in action and discuss your requirements.

2. Quotation

We put together a package recommendation and pricing for your organisation.

3. Onboarding

Once agreed, we help you get set up, activated and ready to train, with ongoing UK support.

What a demonstration involves

A demonstration typically includes a short introduction, hands-on time with a headset in a relevant scenario, and a discussion of package and pricing options suited to your organisation.

What you'll need

A demo can usually run in a normal room with a small amount of clear floor space. See our hardware page for general training room considerations.

See it for yourself

The best way to understand VR training is to try it.
